How much is postage?
Standard charges for 2nd class post within the UK are as follows:
Order value up to £40 —- £2.90 per order
Order value over £40 — FREE SHIPPING
First Class post is available and is £4.90
These delivery charges cover all areas of Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Can I collect my order if I live locally?
Yes, and on collection of your order your online postage charges will be refunded to you. Please email us once you have placed your order to notify us that you would like to collect.
We do ship to Europe and Worldwide but not to every country in the world, so if you are unsure please just contact us. Postage is from £6.90 upwards for Europe, from £8.90 upwards for World category 1 (USA) and from £12.90 upwards for World category 2 (Asia, Australia etc). Postage increases as the value and weight of your order increases.
These prices apply to all orders below 2kg in weight. If an order exceeds the allowed weight we will contact you to advise of the correct postage rate. If your order is very light weight and we feel you have paid too much postage we will happily refund some.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, usually within 2-4 working days and in any event within 30 days from the time you completed your order online. If you have any concerns about the arrival of your order please contact us.
We currently ship all our orders by Royal Mail (Second Class). Most deliveries take 2-4 days provided the order is received by 12pm on the day of shipping (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be processed but will not be shipped until the Monday.
The same applies to Next Day deliveries. If you order a product that includes Next Day delivery on a Friday after 12pm or over the weekend, it will not be sent out until Monday and therefore will not arrive until Tuesday morning.
If your order is urgent please say so in the Comments/Delivery Box at checkout. If you need your order Next Day please call us and will can take payment for Next Day Delivery. Royal Mail now charge £7.90 to £9.90 for most Next Day deliveries depending on the weight of the package.

Our online shop is open 24/7. Our delivery schedule is governed by Royal Mail and they are open 5 days a week. Please consider Public Holiday closing. Orders received after 1pm on Friday and all orders received during Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
International orders are generally received in 7 – 10 working days.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
It is important to us as a company to be as sustainable as possible to reduce our environmental impact. All our packaging – boxes, padded envelopes and fillings – are either biodegradeable, recycled or reused. Most ‘polystyrene’ chips are actually corn chips, which are biodegradable. Anything that is not biodegradable i.e. bubble wrap and other plastics or ordinary polystyrene is being reused from products being delivered to us. We do not purchase plastic packaging. All office stationary is recycled paper and all waste paper is shredded to create more packaging. If you are able to recycle or reuse any of the packaging yourself that would be much appreciated.
What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please inspect your parcel on arrival to ensure the items are as ordered, and for any damage or defects. If any item is incorrect or arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately. We will then ask you to return the item(s) promptly to us along with the original invoice and packaging to: 100% Nature, 11 Northampton Road, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9DX. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage.
We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect or damaged Goods until they are received at the address above, and would strongly recommend that returns are sent by registered post, or at least with an official proof of postage.
What if I change my mind about a purchase?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope that you will be very happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We ask that you return the Goods to us, unused and in their original packaging together with an original/copy invoice as soon as possible to: 100% Nature, 11 Northampton Road, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9DX. Please note that we cannot offer any refunds or excanges for any product that is not in a resalable condition. We are not able to cover your postage charges for returned items, unless they are incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods.
