Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms carefully as by using any part of this website, including placing an order, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions the following expressions have the following meanings:
100% Nature, is the trading name of Lucy Russell whose trading address is 100% Nature, 11 Northampton Road, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9DX. In these Terms and Conditions 100% Nature is referred to as "we", "us" or "our".
"You" and "your" is The person ordering goods under these Terms and Conditions.
"Working day" is Every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays.
"Goods" are 100% Nature’s range of health & wellness products, nutritional supplements, personal care, and skin care products.
The Contract Between Us
Due to the way that our website is set up payment is taken as soon as your order is placed. If for any reason any items are out of stock we will send what we have in stock straight away, and endeavour to send the remaining items as soon as possible afterwards. You will be notified if this is the case. Once payment has been received our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and 100% Nature.
Price & Payment
The prices payable for Goods that you order are as set out in the Website.
If you wish to pay by personal cheque please call us on 01604 880151 to speak to a member of staff to place your order. Please note that Goods will not be dispatched until payment by personal cheque is cleared.
Delivery charges are set on the Website.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel your order, or request an exchange for Goods at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you receive the goods. You do not need to give 100% Nature any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you have to pay any penalty other than the cost of returning the Goods to us.
The only circumstances in which you cannot cancel your order are if the seal on the item has been broken or if you have removed the item from the sealed package in which they were delivered.
To cancel your order, or to request an exchange please contact us.
If you have received the Goods before you cancel your order then, unless you have lost your right to cancel because you have taken the Goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to 100% Nature at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already despatched the Goods, and when they are received by you, you must send the Goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
We ask that you return the Goods to us, unused and in their original packaging together with the original/copy invoice as soon as possible to 100% Nature, 11 Northampton Road, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9DX.
We strongly recommend that Returns are sent by ‘insured Registered Delivery’ and that original proof of posting is kept for your own records.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to 100% Nature from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the Goods in question are returned by you and received by us in resalable condition.
Items Not In Stock
If 100% Nature has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods ordered by you, the products that are available and ordered by you will be dispatched and any items not in stock will be sent to you as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail at the address given by you in your order. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. 100% Nature will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivery Of Goods
100% Nature will deliver the Goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, usually within 3-4 working days, and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Once Goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and 100% Nature will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Liability
If the Goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, 100% Nature shall have no liability to you unless you contact us within 30 workings days of receipt of Goods.
If you do not receive Goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you notify a problem to 100% Nature under this condition, our only obligation will be:
(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) to replace or repair any Goods that are damaged or defective; or
(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question in whatever way 100% Nature chooses.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit 100% Nature’s liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the current 100% Nature Website prices, delivery details and 100% Nature’s contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to you by us.
Law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
