Use the desired amount as a cooking oil for stir frying, deep frying, baking and other culinary uses. This product may also be added to smoothies, sports drinks, yoghurt, dressings, sauces and other foods as a nutritional oil  rich in MCTs (medium chain triglycerides). In addition, CocoNova Coconut Oil can be used topically as a deeply moisturising oil for the skin, hair and nails. Apply as often as necessary on dry or rough skin, brittle nails and 30 minutes before shampooing on dry or frizzy hair. It can also be used as a massage oil.

Our virgin coconut oil is made in the Philippines from the fresh milk of organic coconuts. The milk is fermented for 24 to 36 hours to separate the oil and water. The oil is then gently warmed in order to eliminate any excess moisture before it is filtered.
